Music is never just music.

It is the artist who understood you before anyone else did. The show you still talk about. The lyric you carried. The scene and friends you finally belonged with.

Indians are among the most passionate fans in the world.

We fill stadiums. We learn lyrics in languages we do not speak. We stay up for tour announcements in time zones that make no sense. We love loudly, completely, and without apology.

And yet — the merchandise available to us has never matched that love. Knock-offs sold on footpaths and dodgy websites. Prints that fade in two washes. Fakes that the artist never approved, never saw, never benefited from. And somewhere along the way, we accepted that this was just how it was.

It should not be.
